The Software Engineer will work on building and scaling health technology products, particularly focused on revenue cycle management and related automation systems. The role involves full-stack development in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment with direct impact on healthcare operations. Responsibilities Build end-to-end software products aimed at transforming revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. Work across the full software stack, contributing to backend and frontend systems. Develop and maintain services using Python and JavaScript-based frameworks. Collaborate in a fast-paced environment focused on rapid execution and iteration. Contribute to production environments with proper alerting, reporting, metrics tracking, and reliability practices. Ensure adherence to information security policies and compliance requirements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong backend or full-stack development skills, with required proficiency in Python. Familiarity with frontend JavaScript technologies such as React or Vue. Basic understanding of containerization and cloud environments, including Docker and Kubernetes. Experience building and maintaining production systems. Understanding of monitoring, alerting, metrics tracking, and software reliability engineering concepts. Strong attention to user experience and customer needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in high-velocity environments with rapid shipping cycles. Experience in healthcare or regulated domains. Strong product sense and ownership mindset. Mentorship capability and collaborative team skills.
